Old Girls' Association

Fairfield Old Girls' Association is long established and still thriving. It was set up to help former pupils maintain contact with each other and with the school. We also celebrate the unique history of the school (which celebrated its bicentenary in 1996) by preserving archive materials which are on permanent display in the original school building on the landing outside the Headteacher's office.

We have two reunions a year held at the school, one in the spring term and one in the autumn term. These are a great opportunity to meet up with old friends. Archives are on display and refreshments are available. As we are a non-profit making association, all proceeds are donated to a charitable cause chosen each year by our members at the AGM. New members are always welcome. It only costs £3 a year to join which is just to cover the cost of the annual newsletter that is sent out to all members.

Our next meeting is the Autumn Reunion to be held on Saturday 11th October 2014 at 2.00pm in the School Hall. There will be the opportunity to revisit the school's archive display, partake of refreshments and help raise funds for our designated charity by supporting the 'Bring and Buy' stall.

The Spring Reunion is to be held in the Drama Studio on Saturday 25th April 2015 at 2.00pm. The AGM will take place on this occasion before the social event begins.
